Katana V3 Review
You may know Komodo Neutraceuticals as the company who creates bodybuilding supplements for those who wish to know exactly what they are putting in their body and want to make sure they are getting the best ingredients possible. Komodo mostly designs formulas for strength, endurance, energy, and size.
The Katana V3, on the other hand, is specifically designed to do all of these things. It’s packed with ingredients to give you strength, endurance, pump, and energy. According to the creators, you will not need to cycle off or rest from taking this product either. They also claim that this will be the only pre-workout supplement you’re going to need forever. I’m always skeptical of those claims, but it does have a lot of great ingredients.
For starters, to help with endurance they include Agmatine Sulfate, which will aid in the improvement of glycogen storage, L-Citrulline to improve aerobic endurance and decrease soreness, and lastly they include Peppermint Extract which aids in endurance and increases the time to exhaustion by 25%.
For strength they add Amentoflavone while helps increase calcium release and enhances overall force of muscle contractions.
You’ll find Agmatine Sulfate is also used for pumps and muscle fullness. Then also for pump there is an ingredient called Hydra-Vask, which adds volume to plasma and helps increase fluid in the blood stream. L-Citruline and Amentoflavone are also used for added pump benefits.
Finally, there is caffeine added to help with concentration and focus. Also for energy you’ll find Cognizin helps permeate the blood-brain barrier and in turn assists with mind to muscle connection. And then lastly for energy and focus you’ll get L-Tyrosine and Amentoflavone which also helps decrease anxiety.
If this sounds like something you’d like to try, you will simply mix one scoop of Katana V3 with water and take it a half hour before your workout. Another major benefit to note, is that this particular product contains everything you need in a pre-workout formula and that does make it much easier when taking supplements before workout routines. Instead of shuffling through a ton of options, you have most of them right here in one. I also like that it doesn’t rely solely on caffeine-related products for energy, instead using nootropics to assist with focus and energy.
I have read a few customer reviews which complained that drowsiness can occur and also that the taste is less than desirable, but I never seem to think taste is amazing with products like this. For me, I’m more determined to find something that works and I’ll deal with the taste for the benefits I’m getting. Only if the product is worth it though.
Katana V3 does seem to be worth it. They have plenty of amazing reviews and a very consistent following. I personally believe the strength area of this product needs improvement before it can be considered a genuine all-in-one option.
It is a little pricey, but nothing too extravagant. So overall I’d recommend Katana V3 as a decent choice if you’re looking for an all-in-one type of pre-workout powder. It’s a good option at a pretty fair price given all of the ingredients listed. If you try it and like it, be sure to let us know. We’d love to hear about your experiences!
